At More Blue Dots, you'll find a variety of posts related to my work at a Humane Society in Illinois. You might find photos of animals up for adoption, reflections on a hard day, success stories, rants, or tales of daily life at an animal shelter. The title of this blog refers to the round blue stickers that we place on an animal's cage card when someone has applied to adopt the animal. Thus, the blue dot has become for me a symbol of hope, second chances, and compassion.
I won't tell which is which.
